**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of orders dated 10.02.2016 and 19.01.2015.

A bare perusal of order dated 10.02.2016 shows that petitioner is running a kiryana shop and the Court below has taken the salary of the petitioner as Rs.29000/- and has thus increased the maintenance to Rs.5000/- and Rs.4000/- respectively.

There is no evidence led by the petitioner to show that his wife was earning.

Petitioner who is present in the Court has admitted this fact as well and further stated that no other proceedings are pending between him and his wife.

In view of the above factual position, no ground is made out to set aside orders dated 10.02.2016 and 19.01.2015. Dismissed.
