**** Vinod S. Bhardwaj, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for directing the official respondents to take legal action against private respondents and to carry out investigation in proper manner or to hand over the investigation to some other agency.

Status report by way of an affidavit of Udaypal Singh, SDPO, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Police Station Sector 3, Chandigarh filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. As per the reply filed, respondents No.6 and 7 are abroad and a Look Out Circular for the said respondents, who are the kingpin, have already been issued. Investigation of the case is complete, and Final Report shall be positively filed within three weeks from today. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on going through the documents appended alongwith the petition, it is evident that there are no compelling reasons for transferring the investigation to some SONIA BURA 2025.09.04 10:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Present petition is accordingly disposed of warranting no further orders. The respondent-State shall however, remain bound by their statement and submit the Final Report within a period of three weeks from receipt of certified copy of this order.
