This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 85 dated 17.07.2015 under Sections 380/328/34 IPC at Police Station Goindwaal Sahib, district Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from S.I. Mohan Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated October 06, 2015, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated October 06, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
