The Railway Claims Tribunal, while allowing the claim petition, ordered deposit of 90% of the compensation in the Fixed Deposit Receipt in order to protect the interest of the petitioners. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners contends that the petitioners require the money to utilize the same in a proper manner. He admits that no application has been preferred, at the first instance, before the Railway Claims Tribunal.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners file an appropriate application before the Railway Claims Tribunal disclosing all their requirements. If such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of two months, from today. 4.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
