**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking appropriate directions. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the record of the case, this Court is of the considered view that since the petitioner is not without any remedy, she is not entitled to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. In view of the above, petitioner is relegated to her equally efficacious alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
