Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.123 dated 17.06.2020, under Sections 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
