This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.67 dated 02.05.2021 registered under Sections 379-B(2), 323 IPC at Police Station Morinda, District Rupnagar. 2.

By an order dated 02.06.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Shassvir Kumar submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 02.06.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
