*** Present review application has been filed seeking review of the order/judgment dated 19.02.2025 (Annexure A-1) passed by this Court in main appeal bearing FAO No.1187 of 2025.

The first ground on which the applicant seeks review is that there was no irretrievable breakdown of marriage and this Court did not take the same into consideration. Second ground is that the onus to prove cruelty was put on the applicant. Counsel for the applicant submits that there is a judgment which support his contention.

However, this Court does not find any apparent error on the face of judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court, as all the points raised in this application have already been dealt with.
