**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition with the grievance that the respondent No.6 does not have requisite qualification of 10th standard as per mandate of Section 175 of Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Disqualification, if any can only be espoused by means of election petition under Section 176 of the Act. Admittedly, no such course has been adopted by the petitioner within the time prescribed and he ventured to file the present writ petition which is not maintainable. Election was held on 30.10.2022 to the post of Gram Panchayat/Panchayat Samiti/Zila Parishad and the result was declared on 27.11.2022.
