(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Rohit Kumar in case FIR No.165 dated 13.07.2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 335, 506 and 379-B IPC at Police Station Chhppar, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 09.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
