(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for protecting life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents No.4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose would be achieved in case respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, is directed to decide the representation dated 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-6) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2017 (Annexure P-6) after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
