This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to outbreak of the pandemic, COVID-19. Prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to take action on representation dated 23.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner seeking action against respondent No.7 regarding raising of a wall in front of OMKAR SINGH 2021.03.23 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
CWP No.11731 of 2019(O&M) [2] the petitioner's shop allegedly in the parking area. Short reply on behalf of respondent No.5 by way of affidavit of Mr. Bikramjit Singh Brar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kharar-II (Mullanpur) has been circulated on the WhatsApp group created for the purpose of Video Conferencing. Print be taken and attached with the file. Same be filed with the Registry as well.
It is specifically stated in the abovesaid reply that petitioner had come present before the police authorities at Police Station Kurali-II (Mullanpur) and revealed that civil litigation is pending between the petitioner and respondent No.7 and that interim order was operating in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner on 06.05.2019 stated that he would abide by the decision of civil court in the pending matter. In view of the reply filed on behalf of respondent No.5, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
