(Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the letter dated 01.05.2018 (Annexure P-13), whereby, the respondent Bank rejected the OTS offer dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P-9) submitted by the petitioner in pursuance of OTS Scheme issued by the respondent-Bank. A further prayer for issuing direction to the respondentBank to adhere to the OTS Scheme and accept the OTS Offer dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioner, has been made. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as are available to it, in accordance with law.
