Petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No. 11 dated 13.02.2019, registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, for offences punishable under Sections 307, 452, 324, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC on the basis of compromise.

In view of report of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur, compromise appears to have been fizzled out, as such, the present petition is dismissed.
