The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR.

The allegations, in nutshell, are that the petitioner had misappropriated the sale consideration in respect of plot belonging to complainant, which the petitioner had sold off in the capacity of attorney of seller/complainant. 3.

CRM-M-17910-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) 2024:PHHC:056527 has been fully compromised between the parties and infact a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise has already been instituted in this Court.

While learned State counsel opposed the petition, Ms. Aarushi Garg, Advocate, learned counsel representing the complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has stated that she has no objection in case the present petition is accepted.

Having regard to the fact that the matter stands amicably resolved amongst the parties, the instant petition is accepted and it is ordered that the petitioner, in the event of his arrest, be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer.
