ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.193 dated 21.06.2018, registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 427, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short 'IPC') at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. The operative part of the order dated 24.08.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per allegations in the FIR, the petitioners are attributed simple injuries on the non-vital parts of body of the complainant and five co-accused of the petitioner, against whom there are serious allegations, have been arrested by the police and released on regular bail.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Harvinder Singh, submits that the petitioners be directed to join the investigation.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 24.08.2018, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Gurmeet Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.08.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
