Through the instant petition, a prayer is made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.27 dated 22.02.2020, under Sections 302, 394, 34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Satnali, District Mahendergarh.

At the very outset, the learned State counsel has, on instructions imparted to him by the official concerned, informed this Court that out of total 16 prosecution witnesses, 15 witnesses have already been examined before the learned trial Court concerned.

In view of the above, when the trial is at its fag end, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, considering the period of incarceration suffered by the petitioner, the learned trial Court concerned is directed to make all efforts to conclude the trial within two months from today. 4.
Disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be forthwith sent to the learned trial Court concerned for information and compliance.
