The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C) seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against the accused person for publically insulting and abusing the petitioner using casteist remarks. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.5, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and to grant immediate protection, if any threat to the life and liberty to the petitioner, is perceived. It is being clarified that this order shall not be taken to grant immunity to the petitioner for legal action for violation of law, if any, committed by him. 6.
