(Oral) Report dated 7.11.2014 of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sunam, District Sangrur has been received after recording statements of accused Iqbal Singh as well as complainant Dalbir Singh and the learned court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise is an outcome of voluntariness, free will and without any coercion or undue pressure. In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and in view of the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about personal harmony as the complainant and accused are close relatives and dispute was over the sharing of water and for their future rehabilitation inspite of the offences for which the petitioner DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2015.04.10 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
Criminal Misc. No. M-33231 of 2014 -2has been accused and in view of which the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 75 dated 2.7.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Sunam, District Sangrur under sections 307, 323 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
