CRM-M No. 33193 of 2017 -2compromise alongwith Annexure P-5 is taken on record. Application stands disposed of accordingly.

CRM-M-33193-2017 & CRM-M-34344-2017 By this order, I intend to dispose of CRM-M-33193-2017 and CRM-M-34344-2017, as both have arisen out of same FIR. Learned State counsel admits the factum of compromise between the parties. He further states, on instructions from SI Davinder Pal Singh, that the factum of compromise has been conveyed to the Investigating Officer.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation and recoveries have already been effected from them, further the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners in both the petitions vide orders dated 16.11.2017 and 14.9.2017 and is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petitions in that way are allowed.

It is made clear that in case the petitioners are found to be indulging in any criminal activity, after being granted bail vide this order, the order shall be liable to be withdrawn. ( H.S.
