Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.71, dated 18.08.2014, under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Khanauri, District Sangrur.

Heard.

Petitioner was found in possession of 60 kg. poppy husk. Petitioner has undergone about 10 months of custody. Challan has been present in the Court. Conclusion of trial may take time.
