(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of order dated 19.02.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount awarded by the learned trial Court vide judgement dated 31.01.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars.
