Mr. N.S. Shekhawat, Advocate for respondent No.2. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the civil suit has already been withdrawn. It is further submitted that the complainant - Phool Kumari, who is mother-in-law of petitioner No.1 has also made a statement before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class that she has effected a compromise with the petitioners.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Krishan Kumar, has submitted that the police has prepared the cancellation report and the same will be presented before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case, after recording the statement of the complainant within a period of 01 month from the date of submission of the cancellation report.
