By way of present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought setting aside order dated 20.09.2022, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent No.2, and order dated 18.05.2021, Annexure P-5, passed by respondent No.3, whereby petitioners have been directed to deposit deficit stamp duty alongwith interest.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire stamp duty, as demanded by the respondents-Authorities, has been deposited. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. 3.
