This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.41 dated 04.06.2019 registered under Sections 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, however, Section 201 of IPC was added later on, at Police Station Lakhewali, District Shri Muktsar Sahib. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that as both the material witnesses have been examined, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court. Permitted to do so.
