Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial court and has been granted the concession of interim bail.

Without expression of any opinion regarding the sufficiency of reason for non appearance of the petitioner on 21.8.2014, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 14.10.2014 is hereby confirmed and the petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause .
