This is third application filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail pending trial in FIR No. 76 dated 01.04.2019, registered under Sections 379 IPC (Sections 411, 467, 468, 471, 473, 420, 419 & 120-B IPC were added lateron) at Police Station Kotwali, Patiala, District Patiala. Previous petition i.e. Criminal Misc. No. M-27451 of 2019 was dismissed on 05.07.2019 with following order: "Counsel for the State of Punjab, on instructions from ASI Suba Singh, has submitted that as many as 55 stolen vehicles were recovered from the petitioner and he is a habitual offender involved in as many as 9 other criminal cases apart from the present case.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petitioner does not deserve to be granted the concession of bail. DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2020.07.16 15:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner continues to be in custody and the prosecution intends to examine 101 witnesses.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the petitioner is a habitual offender involved in as many as 30 such criminal cases.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of regular bail.

Dismissed.
