***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is a civil writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue admit card of the petitioner to appear in 12th Board Exams.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one after giving full and better particulars.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
