Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 11.2.2017 and it was a love marriage and the incident occurred when the parents were not at home and the fact is that the girl had gone into depression as her family were not speaking to her. State counsel opposes the bail application and urges that the parents had participated in the marriage and Bidhi Chand in his statement in the Court had stated that he had visited his sister's house 8/10 times and the incident took place in the house at 1.20 P.M. and the parents were in touch with their daughter and no treatment record has been produced to show that the girl was under any depression.

The death in this case has occurred within two years of the marriage. The incident had occurred in the matrimonial home. The GURPREET SINGH 2018.08.24 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
