As per the petitioners, the matter has since been amicably settled vide compromise, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure P-2. Petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, which are compoundable.

The parties may approach Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court for composition of the offence.

Dismissed with liberty to the parties to avail other legal remedies available to them.
