    #2#   Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, filed by the applicant i.e. COMA/34/2021, is pending in the Courts at Fatehgarh Sahib. Besides the same, the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant i.e. MNT125/1051/2021, is pending in the Courts at Fatehgarh Sahib, wherein interim maintenance was fixed, but however, the respondent is not paying the same. As such, an application under Section 128 Cr.P.C., has also been filed by the applicant, which is also pending in the Courts at Fatehgarh Sahib. It is submitted by the counsel that all the aforesaid litigation was initiated by the applicant, prior to filing of the divorce petition, which is a counter-blast to the aforesaid litigation.

Also, it is submitted that the distance between Sangrur and Sirhind is about 90 kilometres.
