******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with prayer that petitioners be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondents-landlord. Respondent-Ram Narain, who is present in person agrees with the proposal as put forth by learned counsel for the petitioners to the extent that he has no objection in allowing of time upto 31.12.2019 to the revision petitioners to vacate the demised premises. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. To facilitate the revision petitioners to find alternate accommodation, they are allowed period upto JYOTI 2019.05.03 12:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CR-2812-2019 -231.12.2019 from today to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondents-landlord, subject to the following terms:- (i) The petitioners-tenants will pay/deposit the entire due rent upto 31st May, 2019 within two weeks.

(ii) They will keep on paying/depositing the advance rent/mesne profits of subsequent months upto 31.12.2019 on or before 10th day of each month.

(iii) They will file affidavit before the Executing Court within three weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondents on or before 31.12.2019. In case of default in compliance of any of the above terms, the respondents-landlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith.
