(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.06 dated 21.01.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 306 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 18.04.2024 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone the total custody of 02 months and 24 days including remission.
