RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 109 dated 16.05.2008 registered under Sections 323, 324, 427, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Begowal, Tehsil Bholath, District Kapurthala.

Learned State counsel submits that all the offences against the petitioner are bailable, therefore, the instant petition for grant of anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed being not maintainable.
