(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 77 dated 16.08.2017 registered under Sections 420, 409, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bariwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Amarjit Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 08.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
