(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.0112 dated 14.11.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 328, 342, 354-D, 376(2)(n), 376(d) and 506 IPC (Section 328 IPC deleted and Section 201 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Women, District Bhiwani.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 18.04.2024 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone the total custody of 04 months and 06 days including remission.
