**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 160 dated 16.7.2016 registered at Police Station Kotwali Bathinda under Sections 354 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Counsel for the complainant states that there are no allegations under Section 376 IPC and a compromise has been effected between the parties.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.7.2016.
