(ORAL) This is a petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the medical amount, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), to count the service of the petitioner and to affix the revised pension as well as pay the arrears in the revised pay scale along with interest @ 18% per annum, with certain other prayers made in the present petition.
Learned State counsel submits that the amount of medical reimbursement and the other reliefs as claimed in the writ petition, stand granted to the petitioner.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
