The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 20.03.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-14752-2019, which was disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 13.03.2024 passed in CWP-2158-2020 titled as 'Ashish Sharma and others Vs. State of Haryana and others', wherein respondents were directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners. 2.

Notice of motion.

COCP-1265-2026 (O&M) -2Divisional Forest Officer, Jind. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order dated 31.03.2025 in the Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.

In view of the above, since order dated 20.03.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-14752-2019, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 31.03.2025 passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Jind. 6.
