**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 242 dated 8.7.2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Jind, District Jind under Sections 302, 376, 328 IPC.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2015. The allegations are that the petitioner and deceased Mamta were having an affair and on the intervention of the father, the girl had stopped seeing the petitioner. The allegations further are that the petitioner took the girl to a hotel and gave her poisonous substance and consumed a little bit himself and the boy survived and the girl died.

The statement of the father has been recorded in the Court. He has admitted that both of them were having an affair. No semen was found in the FSL report. 7 witnesses out of 17 witnesses have been examined. The trial is taking time.
