**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Admittedly, award was passed by the Daily Lok Adalat on the basis of consensus arrived at between the parties. The statements were made by the parties and an award was passed to the tune of Rs.15,15,000/- in favour of the petitioners. By filing present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were under the impression that the amount of compensation can be enhanced further by the Writ Court. Petitioners remained under a misconception that further remedy is available even after decision of claim case on the basis of compromise.   Inadequacy of award after acceptance thereof by the petitioners in my considered opinion is no ground for this Court to interfere, however if the petitioners still consider themselves to be aggrieved with regard to any misconception, concealment and misstatement of facts with some instinct of fraud by the respondents No.2 to 4, then the petitioners may approach the respondent No.1 by moving an application, pointing out the circumstances in which petitioners were made to sign the consent form and accept the award. In the event of filing such an application, the respondent No.1 shall decide the same in accordance with law.
