ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the investigation in case FIR No.1073 dated 25.09.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Faridabad Central, District Faridabad, to some other agency.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Faridabad, is on record and as per the reply, 02 accused persons namely Yashpal and Deepak stands arrested and the police is making efforts to arrest the third accused Baldev. Counsel for the State has submitted that the investigation will be completed within a period of 02 months and on arrest of the third accused namely Baldev, the challan will be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of accordingly.
