(Oral)  The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 26.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malout, in EXE-125-2023, whereby the learned Executing Court directed the attachment of the property belonging to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for attachment of the property is still pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malout; however, the same has not yet been decided. Learned counsel further contends that the petitioner intends to file objections to the said application before the learned trial Court and prays that the same be decided on merits. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the paper book.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with, as the same would only delay the proceedings and entail unnecessary expenses. 5.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition stands disposed of. The learned trial Court is directed that, in case any application is filed by the petitioner for raising objections to the application seeking attachment of his property, or if any such application is already pending, the same shall be decided on merits in accordance with law.
