Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that the petitioner may file a fresh application which would be considered in accordance with law after taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was granted parole by this Court for a period of one week vide order dated 18.08.2023 and the petitioner had not misused the said concession. 2.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the authorities concerned.
