This is second petition filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 111, dated 26th June, 2019, under Sections 302, 148, 149 and 120-B, IPC, registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar. 3.

After arguing the matter at length, realising that relevant witnesses/eye-witnesses are yet to be examined, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.
