(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for allotment in terms of certificate of allotment dated 25.02.1981 (Annexure P-1) and to finalize the same. Further prayer has been made for staying the dispossession of the petitioner as well as further alienation qua the suit property in light of order dated 19.02.1988 (Annexure P-10) passed by the prescribed authority.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed his representation dated 05.08.2023 (Annexure P-20) before respondent No.4 but no action has been taken on the same till date. In view of the above position, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Prescribed Authority-cum-Allotment Authority, Sirsa to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2023 (Annexure P-20) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
