Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.' for short) for quashing of FIR No. 192 dated 20.7.2013, under Section 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and Section 120-B IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Phillaur, Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel has submitted that during investigation of the case, petitioner was found innocent and report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. declaring the petitioner as innocent would be submitted before the Magistrate. Since the petitioner was found innocent during investigation, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
