Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for bail filed by the petitioner before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana has been dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 22.08.2017. Arguments were heard in the said matter on various occasions as mentioned in para 18 of this petition. It is due to unavoidable circumstances that learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner was not present on 22.08.2017. In this view of the matter, it is submitted that the petitioner's application for bail be heard on merits.

Keeping in view of the limited prayer addressed on behalf of the petitioner, order dated 22.08.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Omkar Singh 2017.09.18 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
