This is petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.214 dated 31.08.2017 under Sections 376, 34 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, registered at PS Division No.2, Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
