Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani for fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 86 dated 27.5.2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 341 & 506 IPC at Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that investigation being carried out in the aforesaid FIR is not in impartial manner and even Section 307 IPC has not been added despite the fact that medical report to that effect in respect of injury on the head is available with the police. The representations dated 3.7.2017 (Annexure P4) and 17.7.2017 (Annexure P6) made by the petitioners to the police authorities remained unattended. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, is directed to look into the representations dated 3.7.2017 Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.09.08 14:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
